HP announced the S750 2.5" SATA III SSD
The S750 is notable for integrating 96-layer 3D NAND flash for denser storage per volume as opposed to the more standard 64-layer or 72-layer solution.
This ultimately allows for lighter and more portable designs without sacrificing capacity. The S750 will be just 6.7 mm thick with a weight of under 50 grams for even the 1TB SKU.
